The Great Wall of China is perhaps the best-known historical landmark of all time. With the goal to visit this majestic structure one day, Aldo Salinas has learned about the history of the Great Wall of China and its significance in the history of the country. This magnificent structure took nearly 2000 years to build and was a strategic addition to the country in order to fortify the nation’s boundaries.

The Great Pyramid of Giza is another historic landmark that deserves praise. Although Aldo Salinas has never been to Egypt, he knows that the pyramids must be a sight to behold. As one of the original “Seven Wonders of the Ancient World,” the Great Pyramid of Giza attracts thousands of visitors each year. Aldo Salinas enjoys learning about how this breathtaking structure was built in the significance of its construction.

Lastly, one of Aldo Salinas’s favorite historical destinations is the Coliseum located in Rome, Italy. While the Coliseum has not been given the title of “great,” it is an awe-inspiring structure that is great in size. As one of the most well-known historical landmarks, the Coliseum receives thousands of visitors each year.

While this is a short list of Aldo Salinas’s favorite historical landmarks, there is a new and exciting experience to be had in every city on the planet.
